One of the enhancements in it is a sleeping bag that's always in your inventory and allows you to do exactly what you're looking for.

New install of Stalker Shadow of Chernobyl. Running version 1.0006, not using steam, I purchased hardcopy. Installed mod ZRP_1.07_R5 and used Modifier program to tweak game. Other changes took effect but I don't see the sleeping bag in my inventory. Not using any other mods. Has anyone used the sleeping bag option with this mod before ? Thanks

Check if you have debug menu option selected in the game launcher, then press F7 to open debug menu in-game and on the second large box with options you'll find a command called Sleep which you can click to sleep.
